Alight-Behavioral-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. You will conduct assessments, implement behavior plans, and ensure high-quality patient care across settings.

The role involves data-driven therapy, collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, and supervision of staff.

Qualifications

• Board-certified with BCBA credential required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis for behavior plans.
• Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and behavioral therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical documentation practices.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in various settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and teams.
