Job summary

Alight-Behavioral-Therapy in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team, delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Must hold NC LBA licensure or equivalent.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Proficient in HIPAA-compliant documentation and record-keeping.
• Strong data analysis and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism.
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy in multiple settings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Train and supervise staff on intervention strategies.
• Collect data to track progress and adjust plans accordingly.
