Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Rocky Mount, NC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities. You will conduct assessments, provide direct therapy, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• NC LBA license is required.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Proficiency in HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities
