Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join its mission-driven team, delivering high-quality ABA services to families affected by autism.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure ethical BACB compliance in home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ongoing data-based decision making, and professional growth through mentorship and in-house CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, including PBS staff and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
