Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality ABA services. You will design and oversee individualized behavior plans and supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, while upholding BACB ethics.

You will collaborate with families and schools across home, community, and educational settings, using data-driven practices to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition in a family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must have active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members including RBTs and students analysts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce challenging behaviors and promote skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
