Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned ABA provider dedicated to ethical, person-centered care for individuals with autism. We seek a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team and help families achieve meaningful, lasting change.

As a BCBA, you design and oversee behavior plans, supervise staff, collaborate with families, and ensure BACB ethics. PBS offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits, quarterly bonuses, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree and licensure/credentialing as required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and RBTs.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure success for client and family.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
