Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned provider of ABA services seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs and analysts, and collaborate with families. The role emphasizes ethical practice and ongoing professional growth.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and travel to client sites while ensuring high-quality care. PBS offers a supportive environment with opportunities for mentorship and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Local/state licensure requirements may apply.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders who support clients.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
