Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Related degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to reduce behavior and build skills.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
