Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required and licensure/credentialing may apply by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans (ABA).
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition, and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
