Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services. We seek a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee intervention plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB standing.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and travel to client locations.
• Engage with clients on-site, including physical activity as needed and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comply with BACB ethics and PBS policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data and adjust plans to ensure client and family success.
• Maintain ethical standards per BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
