Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to join our collaborative team. As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

You’ll work with families in home, school, or community settings, conduct FBAs, monitor progress, and adjust plans while adhering to BACB ethics and PBS policies. We value flexible scheduling and strong mentorship for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree in a relevant field.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
