We are BCBA-owned and operate with a mission to improve lives of families affected by autism. We seek a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative team, overseeing behavior intervention plans, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality services across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure and certification per local/state rules.
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school and community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
