Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in retail banking or training/facilitator field.
• Ability to facilitate and present in group settings.
• Strong computer software skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong understanding of Adult Learning.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal/written skills.
• Time management.
• Ability to quickly master new content for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and facilitation of associate learning courses in the classroom and individually as needed.
• Work to develop subject matter expertise in one or more learning areas.
• Assist other specialists with class logistics and schedule coordination.
• Act as support to other team members and retail associates.
• Coach and provide feedback to associates on sales, service, and operational soundness.
• Delivery of learning that encourages engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate to improve learning programs, materials, and delivery methods.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to align content with company roles and policies.
• Gather information from SMEs to develop training content.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
