Job summary

Assurity Life Insurance Company in Lincoln, NE is seeking a motivated Business Analyst II to elicit requirements, manage projects, and coordinate solutions delivery with developers and users.

You will develop and execute test plans, support production systems, and contribute to continuous improvement. Strong communication, Agile/SCRUM experience, and SQL/Mongo skills are essential.

Occasional night/weekend on-call and the ability to work 40+ hours may be required to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of business analyst experience required.
• Professional oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience with Agile Development and SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience with MS SQL databases and Mongo.
• Experience in testing, managing teams develop RESTFul APIs, windows services, and database integrations.
• Experience creating project charters or work summaries and workflows using Lucid or other similar workflow tools.

• Elicit requirements and manage projects, including documenting requirements and proposing system solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans for software projects, including creating test cases and automating tests.
• Provide system support and troubleshoot user questions and requests.
