We are seeking a Business Analyst 2 to join our team supporting current Licensing Services projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in facilitating Agile development processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of Licensing Services solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development and quality assurance.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a technical or Agile environment.
• Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in use case development and process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with licensing or regulatory systems/projects.
