New Hampshire Housing seeks an Associate Program Manager, Multifamily Operations, to join our Multifamily Housing Division. You will work across programs, projects, and partnerships to improve processes, coordinate initiatives, and keep programs compliant.

The role emphasizes coordinating ProLink implementation, supporting HOME Investment Partnerships and federal/state reporting, and conducting Healthy Homes inspections. Remote work may be available after onboarding, with initial in-office weeks.

Competenze

• Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
• Experience with data management and MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex information and relay in simple terms.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and Federal Regulations.

Mansioni

• Coordinate ProLink implementation meetings, training sessions and deliverables to keep implementation on track.
• Support HOME Investment Partnerships, federal Housing Trust Fund and CHDO program compliance; maintain records and assist with reporting.
• Conduct Healthy Homes onsite inspections and radon testing in accordance with federal requirements.
• Collaborate with third-party contractors to develop scopes of work, costs, and bid packages for property owners.
• Coordinate Section 811 vacancy management with property management and state partners for timely turnover and HUD reporting.
