Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking an Arrangements Training Supervisor to oversee the development, delivery, and performance of At Need Arrangements training programs across funeral and cemetery operations. You will lead through coaching, development, and strong operational alignment with company policies and safety standards.

This role requires 1–3 years in training or coaching within funeral services, plus a licensed Funeral Director credential.

Qualifications

• Education: Some college preferred; Associate’s degree or equivalent a plus.
• Certification/License: Licensed Funeral Director.
• Experience: 1–3 years in training/coaching; in funeral service, cemetery operations, or arrangements; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise Arrangements training programs reflecting company standards of compassionate, professional service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship; track trainee progress and identify skill gaps.
• Design, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, lesson plans, and presentations; ensure alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Instruct on HMIS and other systems; ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-training across At-Need departments to support operational flexibility.
• Maintain safe learning environments and ensure accurate training records.
