Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) or at least two years of college coursework.
• Licensed teachers must have state credentials recognized by the State.
• Tutors must complete an FBI/BCI background check.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Unwavering belief that all children can learn.
• Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.

Responsibilities

• After-school ELA or math tutor, middle school.
• Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional methods.
• Consult with school personnel to coordinate services for students.
• Communicate progress with parents and conference as needed.
• Deliver prescribed instructional methods per Company materials.
