Ymca Of Central Maryland, Inc. seeks an OST Site Director to lead a grant-funded after-school program serving students across elementary to high school settings. You will build a strong team, manage resources, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment aligned with Y core values.

The role emphasizes partnerships with schools and families, tracking outcomes, and producing regular reports. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, outreach, and marketing while ensuring program and grant

Qualifications

• Experience leading after-school, education, youth-development, or community-based programs.
• Ability to hire, coach, supervise staff and develop teams.
• Experience tracking outcomes and preparing data narratives and reports.
• Strong relationship-building with schools, families, staff, and community partners.

Responsabilités

• Implement and oversee a high-quality, grant-aligned after-school program.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop program staff.
• Review time and attendance and support performance management.
• Build strong relationships with school leaders and partners.
• Monitor hours, expenses, and resources to stay within grant budget.
• Track participation, progress, and outcomes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to strengthen the program.
• Lead staff meetings and engage with partners.
• Create outreach and marketing materials; maintain social media presence.
• Support school-year and summer programming when offered.
• Model YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
