Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in low-income housing development for Project Developer I.
• 5 years of experience in low-income housing development for Project Developer II.
• Certification in Real Estate Development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review sites for new construction or acquisitions.
• Lead the application process and navigate approval processes.
• Prepare feasibility analysis responding to project criteria.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other team members.
