Job summary

Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services is seeking a Marketing, Leasing & Certification Specialist to market vacant units, process applications, and complete annual certifications for designated properties. The role requires thorough knowledge of housing programs, adherence to funding rules, and travel between properties in Western Washington.

• Experience in property management and leasing of low-income housing.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Market vacant units and manage the application process with staff.
• Keep internet marketing up to date and optimize ads for successful applications.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual tours; show rent-ready units to eligible applicants.
• Process new applications and certifications; perform background screenings and eligibility reviews.
• Maintain waitlists, communicate status, and hand off leasing duties as appropriate.
• Ensure lease documents, move-in inspections, and orientation are completed.
• Complete annual certifications and ensure compliance with LIHTC, HOME, HUD and funding requirements.
• Attend meetings, manage data in PM software, and maintain confidential records.
