Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Florida responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. The role requires presenting, showing, and leasing units, greeting prospective residents, and coordinating tours.

The position emphasizes on-site activity, with duties including lease paperwork, data tracking, and contributing to retention programs, while aligning with company marketing plans and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have on-site software basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Experience with leasing and property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs.
• Support in market surveys and analysis; stay informed on property knowledge.
• Deal with resident complaints with good service.
• Enforce community policies and participate in annual marketing plan outreach.
