Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Leasing Agent License.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience needed.
• Good communication, writing, computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Under Leasing Manager, manage application and leasing for rental/coop housing.
• Screen applicants based on tenant criteria and present to committees.
• Prepare leases and marketing materials; show apartments.
• Complete verification documents (landlord checks, income certs, background checks).
• Ensure policy adherence and review files with Leasing Manager and Appeals Committee.
• Coordinate annual inspections and follow-up on damages or issues.
