Job summary

Compass Health, Inc. in Rolla, Missouri, is seeking a Community Support Specialist to join the ACT TAY team. This full-time, benefit-eligible role supports individuals with mental health and substance use needs, delivering wraparound services in the community.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with on-call hours. You will collaborate with clinicians, assist with daily living, housing, employment, and coordinate care across providers.

Qualifications

• High School/GED is required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in a human service related field preferred.
• Must qualify for CSS position per CSS requirements listed.
• Qualifying experience must include delivering services to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities.
• A valid driver’s license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients and clinical teams to develop and revise treatment goals.
• Supporting clients with daily living needs, symptom management, employment, and housing.
• Providing case management, advocacy, and coordination of care across community services.
• Participating in assessments and treatment planning.
• Offering crisis intervention support, including some evening, weekend, and on-call hours.
• Assisting with transportation as needed to ensure access to services.
