Qualifications

• Working knowledge of DSM-5.
• Valid driver's license and agency-required automobile coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in community and office settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop wellness and recovery plans.
• Participate in daily team meetings within a transdisciplinary model.
• Deliver culturally competent, person-centered care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention coverage as needed.
• Drive to provide services in the community; driving is an essential function.
