Qualifications

• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required.

• A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in both community and office settings.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized wellness and recovery plans.
• Participate in daily team meetings and collaborate within a transdisciplinary team model.
• Deliver culturally competent, person-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to regulations.
• Provide on-call crisis intervention coverage.
• Drive to provide services in the community.
