All Roads in Boulder, CO is seeking an Accounting and Data Reporting Associate for a full-time role, reporting to the Controller. The position focuses on solid financial data, reporting, and supporting organizational compliance.

Responsibilities include day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, reconciliations), grant invoicing, budgeting support, and HR data maintenance. Collaboration and integrity are valued as part of a comprehensive benefits package and stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, including accrual accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business (completed or in progress) preferred
• A self-starter who can meet deadlines and adapt to changing needs.
• Must be comfortable handling and retaining confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations through data entry (AP, AR, reconciliations) with accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare grant-related cost reimbursement invoices and supporting documentation per funding requirements.
• Assist with budgeting processes by preparing budget import templates and updating forecasts.
• Maintain employee data and electronic personnel files; onboard new hires.
• Support compliance efforts, including records management and adherence to financial and record retention policies.
