This is a direct hire position, in-office position based in Boulder, CO.

Pay: $$65,000-$75,000

About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with 0-4 years of accounting experience who thrives in a positive, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including:
• Accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
• Payroll processing
• Bank reconciliations
• Expense reporting
• Corporate credit card reconciliations
• Month-end close
• Prepare supplemental weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports
• Work independently to solve problems and take ownership of responsibilities
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality across all financial data and communications
• Report directly to the Director of Finance and Accounting

Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with Sage Intacct is a plus)
• Holds a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (Accounting preferred)
