Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day case management and link to resources for participants.
• Present information to accountability court team and judge on monitoring plans.
• Monitor compliance with court mandates and probation; act as surrogate for enforcement.
• Document data for tracking procedures and State/grant reporting.
• Perform tasks directed by Judge and Coordinator; collect and submit participant fees.
• File legal documents for law enforcement, court and records purposes.
• Coordinate with Veterans Treatment Court interactions and VA groups.
