Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Arizona seeks an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, school, or community settings. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains while upholding BACB ethics and maintaining credential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by BACB is required.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
