Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring for Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles, in-person opportunities with both full-time and part-time schedules.

The position offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, child-centered environment. Compensation ranges from $23 to $27 per hour plus benefits and a $250 bonus after 60 days with 300 billable hours.

Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 therapy sessions
• Teach play skills and social skills
• Teach self-help skills
• Document session outcomes
• Provide behavior support within group settings
