Alight Behavioral in Lauderdale is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Qualifications

• Completed 40 hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred, however we are willing to assist in attaining RBT status.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self-help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.
