Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC, Florida-based, is seeking dedicated RBT professionals to join our compassionate ABA team. You will work under Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized behavior support for toddlers, children and teens, while focusing on practical skills for daily living.

We offer training, supervision hours for BCBA certification, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team culture committed to helping individuals reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid RBT credential required.
• Ability to work with toddlers to teens in ABA settings.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Commitment to ethical practice per BACB guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Assist BCBA with implementing behavior plans.
• Record data accurately and timely.
• Prepare instructional materials.
• Collaborate with the team and attend trainings.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of health information.
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings.
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client.
