Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. is seeking compassionate BHT-ABA or RBT professionals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents in Montgomery County.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, promote communication and daily living skills, and work under the guidance of BCBA/BC-ABA to support families and schools. The role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement from BHT-ABA to RBT, and a W-2 employment arrangement with benefits.

Qualifications

• RBT, BCaBA or BCAT certification, or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
