Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Bucks County, PA, seeks Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents under BCBA supervision. You will help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• RBT/BCaBA/BCAT certification or approved equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent + 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years ABA experience plus 40 hours of ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services under supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data.
• Attend supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families and schools.
