Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents. You will help learners develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision of a BCBA or BC-ABA.

Qualifications

• RBT, BCaBA or BCAT certification, or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
