Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Luzerne County is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to help children reach their full potential. You will provide one-on-one ABA services and support families in home or center settings.

The role involves implementing treatment plans under BCBA/BC-ABA supervision, collecting data, and collaborating with teams. We provide paid training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• RBT, BCaBA or BCAT certification, or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
