Job summary

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC in Pike County is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT-ABA) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We support children and families with autism, offering compassionate care and opportunities to grow.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, collect data, follow treatment plans under a BCBA/BC-ABA, with paid training, tuition discounts, and full-time benefits. Schedule is built by our staffing team, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• RBT, BCaBA or BCAT certification or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent with the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills to promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration.
• Build positive relationships with families, schools, and colleagues.
