Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Atlanta, GA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA strategies under a BCBA. You will support children with ASD or developmental disabilities and collaborate with families to reinforce progress in social, communication, and daily living skills.

The role involves data-driven progress tracking, structured teaching, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
