Skill Builders ABA is seeking caring, reliable, and energetic Certified RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will use treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs to help children build real-life skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect session data using simple tools (we train you).
• Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA.
• Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session.
