Job summary

Supportive Care ABA LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will help children with autism reach goals in their natural home environment while staying engaged, playful, and active.

You’ll provide individualized ABA treatment plans, track progress with session data, and collaborate with families and your clinical team to support success. Prior RBT experience is preferred, with licensing and certifications supported.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Active RBT certification (if not, we’ll support your path to certification)
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license (required)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running)
