Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs, collect progress data, and collaborate with families. The role includes community-based service delivery, session documentation, and active participation in team meetings and training.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of related experience, preferably RBT-certified, with fingerprint clearance, CPR/First Aid, and immunizations. Monday–Friday 3 PM–8 PM with some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.
• RBT certification preferred; fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI) required.
• CPR and First Aid certification; immunization records required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical excellence: manage behaviors using BIPs and collect data to track progress.
• Family engagement: provide daily feedback and coaching during sessions.
• Community integration: deliver services in various settings to foster social interactions and independence.
• Administrative duties: respond to emails within 24 hours; document sessions with parent signatures.
