Job summary

Kid Clan Services, Inc. seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to implement ABA-based interventions with children in home, school, and community settings.

You'll work under a BCBA, track progress, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must follow BIPs and ABA procedures.
• Ability to document data accurately.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching, behavior management).
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in building communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote client engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families, caregivers, and team members.
