Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism across home, school, and community settings. You will implement BIPs, use ABA methods such as DTT, track progress, and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed instructions and document data accurately.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sites (homes, schools, community).
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Be patient, empathetic and dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized BIPs designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods such as DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in communication, social interaction, self-care and daily living.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote client engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBA and other professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development in ABA practices.
