Job summary

This in-person position offers flexible hours, a pay rate of $20.00–$30.00 per hour, and benefits such as paid time off. RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques and behavior therapy principles.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong patient care principles and confidentiality with HIPAA.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication with clients, families, and team.
• Background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Collect and record data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes.
• Maintain medical documentation and HIPAA-compliant records.
