Verbal Beginnings is hiring an ABA Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in their home, community, and school environments. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers a collaborative, supportive atmosphere, paid RBT training, and opportunities for supervision hours toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience working with children.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Completion of 40-Hour RBT course or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and monitor progress with supervision.
