Job summary

HireCare Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in home, school, or community settings. Team members work closely with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include collecting accurate data, communicating progress, maintaining session notes, and building supportive relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to client needs in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill development.
• Communicate progress and concerns to supervising BCBAs.
• Maintain clear, timely, and professional session notes.
• Build supportive and therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and company standards.
