Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Thornton, Colorado is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve their quality of life.

The role includes paid training, supervision, flexible schedules (part-time/full-time), data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Applicants must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities.
• At least 15 hours available afternoons/evenings; sessions 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm typically.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (travel compensated).
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment exam, and immunization proof required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic with individuals with autism.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior supports.
• Assist with caregiver support and training.
• Submit timecards and notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors/BCBAs.
• Follow ABA ethics and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training.
