Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship to support independence and well-being.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and interdisciplinary team to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers on goals and progress.
• Maintain detailed session notes and data records.
