Job summary

Lighthouse CH is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision in New York City. You will collect data, track progress, and support families to generalize skills at home.

Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic, and able to follow individualized treatment plans. Pay ranges from $20–$25 per hour, with compensation based on experience and credentials, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience with autism is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to each child.
• Teach social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate progress and strategies with parents/caregivers.
